This Privacy Policy explains how Technovadors Solutions Private Limited ("Technovadors", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us as a client. It applies to our website and to the business information we process while delivering consulting and engineering services. By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge the practices described here.
1Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and anything you include in a message when you fill in a contact form, request a proposal, or email us. If you engage us as a client, we also collect the business and billing details needed to run the engagement — contract signatories, invoicing addresses, and the names and roles of the people we work with on your team.
We collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device category, referring page, and the pages you visit. We do not ask for — and ask you not to send us — sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, health data, or financial account numbers through our website forms.
2How we use information
We use contact information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, schedule calls, and manage client engagements from kickoff through delivery. We use technical and usage information to keep the website secure, understand which content is useful, and improve how pages perform. Where you have an existing business relationship with us, we may send occasional service updates or relevant capability notes; you can opt out of these at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We process personal information only where we have a lawful basis: your consent, the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business.
3Cookies & analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site functioning — for example, remembering a form you started. Analytics cookies help us measure aggregate traffic: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they drop off. Analytics data is collected in aggregated or pseudonymised form and is not used to build individual profiles.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; the site remains usable with non-essential cookies disabled. We honour applicable browser-level privacy signals where the law requires it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this website.
4Data sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business — cloud hosting, email, CRM, analytics, and accounting platforms — and only to the extent needed for them to provide their service to us. Each provider is bound by contract to protect the information, use it solely on our instructions, and delete it when no longer required.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems. If Technovadors is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments in this policy. We never share client project data with other clients or use it in marketing without written permission.
5Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months after our last contact so we can follow up on renewed interest. Client contract, invoicing, and tax records are retained for the periods required by applicable company and tax law, which is generally seven to eight years in India.
Website analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 14 months. When a retention period ends, we delete the information or irreversibly anonymise it. Backups containing personal information expire on a rolling schedule and are not restored except for disaster recovery.
6Security measures
Security is part of how we build, not an afterthought. We follow SOC 2-aligned practices across the company: encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, single sign-on with multi-factor authentication, role-based access on a least-privilege basis, and centralised logging with alerting on anomalous access. Access to client environments is granted per engagement and revoked at offboarding.
Our engineers complete security training annually, and we review vendor security posture before adopting any tool that touches personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also maintain an incident response process: if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay, as required by applicable law.
7Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, email us atinfo@technovadors.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We will verify your identity, respond within 30 days, and never charge a fee for a reasonable request. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
8International transfers
Technovadors is headquartered in India and delivers work globally, so personal information may be processed in India and in the countries where our cloud providers operate. Wherever information travels, it stays under this policy and under contractual safeguards with our providers.
Where we transfer personal information from jurisdictions that restrict international transfers — such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom — we rely on recognised mechanisms including standard contractual clauses and, for client engagements, engagement-specific data processing agreements. On request, we will tell you which safeguards apply to a specific transfer.
9Contact
Privacy questions, rights requests, and complaints all go to the same place: info@technovadors.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate your information — the email address you used to contact us is usually sufficient. Our privacy contact reviews every request personally; you will hear from a human, not an autoresponder.
We review this policy at least once a year and whenever our practices or the law change. When we make material changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for active clients, flag the change in our regular engagement communications. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies.
